Trying to find where this comes from just started one of the cosmos missions and the agent asked for a letter from another agent with no info where to find him.
The only info I got was Give Preaux Gallot's letter to Ystvia Lamuette. The agent giving me the mission is Ystvia Lamuette.

Yup went to that station and checked he ain't there, he's a agent in space so doubt the location agents will work on him need someone thats familar with gallente cosmos

He's in one of the "newer" Gallente COSMOS sites in Algintal - you're gonna find them if you compare the in-game map display to the list on eveinfo.com
I think he sits in Barmalie or somewhere close to that as an Agent in Space.

Har De Har Har, yes but with the fact scans don't show agents in space anymore and that it is possible for an agent to be at any location within a system, planet, moon, gate, starbase, even inside dead space it makes it a rather complex task of searching out one guy.
Perhaps i should add mapping cosmos agents onto the list of things I need to do.
Thanks for the help I'll go wonder around a few systems in a bit.

Directional scanner doesn't show agents in space any more, wtf? How are you supposed to find them, probes?

This is an event agent in Gallente Cosmos (level 3, quality 0, advisory), she is/was at The Ebony Tower in Barmalie. To talk to her you must have the letter, and have at least +4.00 standing with either the Gallente Federation or with the University of Caille.
However before the Revelations patch, she was disabled and did not talk to anyone. In Revelation patch notes it was claimed that she was no longer on holiday and had returned to work. In spite of that one of my corpmates was still unable to talk to her, the window for mission info stayed blank and no mission showed up in the journal. (Similiar thing happened when trying to purchase data cores from laser physics R&D agents, and that was resolved two days ago). So maybe she works as intended. If not please file a petition and she'll eventually be fixed.

I've gotten and finished her emission recently, so she is working at last. The letter is from a chain of FON-related agents. I believe the first one in the chain is at the Survey Station in Jolia.
All of the agents in this chain are at beacons, no scanprobes are required.

That you will need for Avrez Arue, the bloodline mission for Gallente. Nothing to do with COSMOS.
