i have heard that there are corps/alliances out in 0.0 that allow members that are not interested in pvp.
heard the alliances charged each corp a set number of isk each week for membership.
are there such corps out there??

there are mixed corps in 0.0, at least
pvp and industry are both needed, so you might find a niche
I know PKKP is mixed, our pvp'ers mock our carebears, our carebears mock our pvp'ers, and both of em mock me for my lack of consistant time(I have a 2mth old baby at home)
sure I get the paperwork done, but I miss out on the pvping  , the mining, the ratting, and everything else

yeah. some lliances charge but mine doesnt, one of the biggest alliances too, as far as i know depending on the alliance you can do as you please.
my corp is in a well established alliance and we do a range of things, i personally do more pvp than carebearing but yeah i still do it.
then you have some corps in alliances that will only accept high sp chars as true 0.0 is generally quite tough and you need to be self sufficiant to pay for new ships...mods etc when and you will lose them

We dont charge members just wxpect activity, loyalty and participation.

well i have 2 20mil sp chars. been out in 0.0 near 2 years now all together (my mains) had enough of pvp, chasing peeps for hours, etc just wanna mine/haul,rat, very very occasional pvp.

There are many corps in 0.0 who have an industrial arm. Eve mail me and I can set you up with one also.

as Doosh said, we don't charge(well 10% corp tax)
we just expect 1 weekly corp op, to pay the bills(rent, corp hangers, pos fuel, some corp ships, ammo, expansion goals, etc)
and to be active
i'm sure we can use another miner with teeth
