I've heard that Onspeed can help the speed of my internet connection.
My questions are, has anyone had any experience of this product, is it any good and does it effect Eve in a negative way?
Thanks in advance

If I remember right onspeed is one of those services that compresses certain web page data, such as JPG’s and GIF’s before sending them on to your PC, I’ve never tried anything like it, but a few points to consider are:
- it only makes webpage’s faster, nothing else, all file downloads, music, and games will be unaffected.
- some or all network traffic may be sent to onspeeds servers for compressing, therefore ping times may be increased which might be a factor if you play ping dependent games such as first person shooters, also be sure to check there privacy agreement, personally I wouldn’t do my online banking on such a service anyway, but many would – do your research first.
-do you have unlimited dialup? (I assume dialup since if you had broadband you wouldn’t need onspeed) if it is unlimited then I wouldn’t advise getting onspeed unless you do a lot of web browseing.

Nope I have broadband but it's not a very fast connection.
As for In Before The Move I purposefully placed this here because i specificaly asked the question in relation to how this product would effect my eve playing experience!

it wont affect eve at all.
Eve uses all of 3-4 k/b a second of bandwidth, you could play on 56k and not notice a difference to be honest.
64kilobit or 10 meg broadband, the lag is the same, the loading times are the same. These posts represent those of my corp or alliance. These do reflect offical alliance or corp views
