I am looking for a Cyclone Setup that can do as much damage as possible. All it needs to do is damage It doesnt need a tank, tackling setup, or anything along those lines. So far I have come up with this:
HiGH - 5 720mm, 2 heavy missle launchers
Mid - 3 Target Painters
Low - 2 Gyrostabilizers and 2 tracking enhancers.
I do not have enough power to add a 3rd heavy missle launcher and I may just add in a booster / hardener in remaining two mids for the hell of it. If anyoen could add anything to this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

5 x 720mm T2, 3 heavy missiles
AB, tracking comp x 2, 2 sensor boosters
3 gyro t2, 2 slots free for fitting mods/traking enhancers

I know but I am just getting back into actuall shooting things so dont want to invest that much just yet. Besides Im gonna wait and see if price continues to drop a lil.
ALso the ship doesnt have enough for 3 missle launchers, only two. Also the ship has only 4 low slots.
ALSO ALSO I was thinking of actually replacing that afterburner with a target painter...thoughts?

I found assault launchers to work prttty good with the optimal range for the 720mm Ari. The ammo is cheap and small and the damage against frigs is pretty nice. The higher rate of launch allows to even faster popping of small targets and quicker target changes.
You have to find your personal balance between painting, tracking and webbing.

The cause for this is not yet known, but we do have a possible fix in testing.
