I've come up with two solutions that doesnt require purchasing mad expensive software/hardware for it..
- use ts/ventrilo + shoutcast DSP plugin..
- problem here is to switch between winamp input and soundcard input between talk/songs. ofcourse you could have soundcard input all the time, but then those running the radio cant talk during the songs and prepare, it'd get streamed out aswell.
- one way to do it is to keep swapping whenever talk/music state changes, i'm not sure if this gives beeps or bad sound though, guess one just have to use the try and fail/succeed option.
you can also use some 'broadcast software' like spacial audio's sam2 broadcaster, but then you wont even have the control to swap between direct mp3 feed and soundcard feed unless someone can explain how to configure the audio pipeline to work with it :)
if anyone have some suggestions on software that can on the fly mix and juggle on the mixers of the soundcard (if you can 'bus' it yourself, for those that understand the terminology) - it would be awesome if you could tell what software and who makes it .. cheers.

usually flipping between soundcard and winamp on the input menu causes u to turn into pinky and perky (high speed voice)....
