For some unknown reason my computer canŠt patch this game. Ever. I didnŠt have this problem before, but I have now. The only solution I found to work around this issue was to download the fullbuild everytime there was a patch. Now, itŠs been two weeks since the game was patched (and was patched again) and the full build was NOT updated in the site. Of course, I tried to reach customer support and see if they could help me patch or, at least, upload the new full build. ItŠs been more than 10 days without answers. Not even: we heard you and we are trying to correct the problem. Nada.
I pay for this game. I canŠt play. CCP doesnŠt care a ****. They TOTALLY lost a customer there. This kind of "customer support" is what kills the enjoyment of a game. IŠm never going to play this game after my current subscription period expires, no matter how good it is. This kind of lack of support is disrespectful.

You're most probably not running a supported OS, or not keeping it up to date.

They're totally swamped right now. Lots of people are having problems right now. Consider yourself lucky though, lots of us can't stay logged in for more than a few minutes and some of us (me) can't log in at all.

 Yeah, I lost a bs to some Noobs 30 minutes after I dropped connection. Losing shadow serpentis mods really blows especially when you're not there. I'll just file a petition. Oh yeah thats right... I still have one open from the last time I crashed due to client issues.

what OS you using?
you could try using my alternative Patch . It alows for ppl who cant patch the normal way to give them another chance. Usually it works. The version i compiled works for Client 28912 and 29208 . so no need to dl the full client again
give it a try before you cancel your account :)

I use Windows XP SP-2. So, itŠs supported. I know thereŠs probably something wrong with my system, since the patch works for most people. IŠm not a child, I understand that CCP is not the devil and that the patch is totally broke or something. The problem is that I canŠt identify the problem by myself and CCP doesnŠt answer.
I CANŠT play the game. My client is not patched, so I canŠt acess the servers. ItŠs been like this for like two weeks. What ****es me off is that I didnŠt got an answer and that CCP takes so god damn long to update the full build of the client that itŠs not even fun. I did set a skill that had like 4 days to run before patch day. Of course I lost a lot of time, but CCP wonŠt do nothing about it, of course again.
I tried your alternative patch, Baleorg, and it seems to have worked. The client version is updated, but I canŠt confirm if I can log right now because the server is down for hotfixes. Thanks Baleorg. You did way more to me than customer support!
