10 min After puting a rig in my ship problems started .
Game crasht on me .
After that i lost a storyline mission and i am not able to talk to agents any more .
When i try to talk to agent i get a blanc screen .
The chat is locking up .
And 3 mods ar ofline and i cant get them back online .
when i try to put them online i get this .
2006.12.15 02:57:07 Notify Gist B-Type X-Large Shield Booster is already online.
Is it the rig that is causing the problems ?

if it truly is the rig, it would be the greatest irony of all...

I think it is the lag not problem with rig. I have 2 on mine and experience no trouble at all. However, market and many nodes do have problems.

Deleted cash folder and the mods ar back online :)

You can't chat because of a rig?
You can't talk to agents because of a rig?
Your other modules won't work because of a rig?
Just listen to yourself and realize: NO IT'S NOT THE RIG...
Rig only gives your ship a simple bonus. It's not like it'd be a program that interacts with a whole bunch of things. It's statistics so it can't ever cause problems you described. Just doesn't make any sense.

Yeh stil not working .
Mods wil not disable and the dont flash when the ar running .
But the ar not using cap to lol.

We are currently experiencing stuck issues in certain systems. We are under heavy load and we therefore ask you to update your petition if your issue is still valid. Alot of these stuck issues can be resolved by relogging, or clearing your cache folder.

Stranger bugs have happened before. Just because it gives you a simple bonus, doesn't mean that it can't have an unintended side effect.

Have you tried logging off, deleting EVE, and living a normal life in the real world?

It wouldn't surprise me tbh. 
Before kali went live, rigs did some very weird things to your ship, such as being waaay over fitting allowances yet all modules were still online and working.
It's like the math just got too complex for eve and it said f*ckit, fit whatever you like.

Step 2) Start up LogServer.
Step 3) Log in.
Step 4) Reproduce bug(s).
Step 5) Submit Bug Report.
Notice the conspicuous absence of Step 6) make forum thread about it.

Don't be so quick to rush to judgment I remember the bug with the Gall BC on the test server, it could cause a crash and people where told not to use them. Many things can happen in EVE it's a complexly programed game and bugs can arise.
