Ok, the Camera reset after Gate jumps is rather irritating... it sets too close to ship on each jump and i have to move it into my default/desired angle/distance after each jump.
Isn't it possible that you make client remamber player's Camera angle/distance preferences and just copy/paste them on jump - so they stay the same in next system?
I have been talking to many players about this recently and we all seem to share the same oppinion on the camera reset issue.

Totally agree. What is up with this annoying camera distance? Their should be an option in the option menu to set your own default distance. The current one sucks. I donĘt want to see my ship take up half my screen. Overview on the right, chat and turret panel on the bottom, targets on top and local window to the left. The only place left is the centre of the screen. You canĘt have a ship the size of Godzilla blocking your view.
And when I press the zoom out button (the small one left down to the cargohold button) it zooms me out so far that I regret ever pushing it. Looks like watching people from the 150th floor. Yet again their should be an option for this.
To add salt on the sore. There is some weird feature were it takes time to look at other objects and back to yourself. Before it was instantaneous. Now you watch as the camera slow boats back to you and end up IN THAT ANNOYING CLOSE SHOT VIEW OF YOUR SHIP.
We need options for default camera settings, zoom distances and instantaneous camera views.

I second this, s it will increase the life time of my mouse wheel by something like factor ten!
It is really annoying.
