Shroud Of Darkness	Posted - 2006.12.15 18:56:00 - [1] This is an open letter to you guys in the MC and not meant in anyway to be a flame so please take it in the way it is intended (ie information to the eve community) I have read countless times how you guys strive to maintain 100% accuracy on your board and this is something I respect but can you please explain to me why in the case of kills (you get your share!)the average time to post is approximatly 5 nanoseconds. But in the case of losses it can take upwards of two days before they finally trickle through? I know you guys value your kill to loss ratio above all but holding out on posting to "bolster the numbers" c'mon you are better than that or at least you were. Sel please address this Thanks Tomski

I push our players regularly to post their lossmails, few though they may be, for a number of reasons: potential clients can see that we use good gear, the ratio's still quite good of kills vs. losses, and having a few losses shows that we're willing to take risks and throw ourselves completely into a battle. No WCS or ctrl+q exploits here! Personally, I post mails immediately just so I don't forget and so I can clean my inbox out :-P

We take pride in keeping our killboard up to date and accurate as you know. We even offer isk reward for mails that are missing under certain conditions. However we are in the process of changing killboards, code is being changed, people are switching over, new passwords are being handed out etc... So I am not surprised in the slightest that a few may have slipped through. Hopefully things will settle down and service will return to normal soon. That should answer that so this topic can now be locked. If you have a problem with our killboard you can mail us in game.

Ok to answer the OP I think loxy did it pretty good, we are still getting use to the new killboard and code some items aren't in the database yet so the mails don't appear. Bare with us we will get all loss and kill mails posted in time, IF you think we have missed one and its not posted within 96 hrs feel free to contract one of us with the mail and claim your isk. As to why SOD were removed its because you aren't IAC and hardly ever leave the Jam > Doril pipeline so are hardly assisting IAC you have been moved to the pirate campagins as you will be able to see you still have your 80%. Posts like these are starting to get tiresome here's some tips for next time. 1. Eve Mail us. 2. Convo one of us in game you know who to speak to. 3. Come into one of our public channels. 4. MSN one of us i'm sure you still have them. 5. Post on the MC forum. 6. Post on one of the corps forums. If none of the above work then feel free to post here! No MC will post after my post please!
