Make an agent which buys them up to make clones. :) That, after all, is a major part of what they make clones out of, as per official fiction...

Hell no to implant salvaging, would just increase indiscriminate killings.
I'd rather see them release implant blueprints already, there's been a skill for making them since the dawn of time.

The ability to strap peoples corpses into the rigs and have their implants in some way boost the ship would rock.
Of course you don't know what boosts/negative effects they will have until you fit them, but if someone does an info on your ship they should see the message "The following corpses have been strapped to their ship".
