The Corporation Today
It is nothing. It has been created, but not filled and it currently has no story.
The Idea
I've been enjoying EvE ever since I started playing it and I am trying to make a few new friends who wanna make a great new PvP corp. We play to have fun and that's what we're gonna do, while doing it well!
My reason for starting this corporation is simply that there are not enough good corporations in EvE which still wants to progress beyond becoming elite PvPers or some massive power in null-sec space, holding tens of systems. I want to be in a corporation that is always striving to do better, not just up their numbers or killstats. Joining a good, big alliance cannot be the end-game of EvE.
Imagine to be able to join friends, take your most valuable spaceship and fly it into combat with them. You go out for a hunt, and find a group three times your size... and you think "This isn't fair, I want more people to shoot at." instead of cowering in fear of being crushed by the supporting enemy fleet waiting for the titan-bridge. After the fight you go head home a ship lighter. You open your killmail to see how much damage your Guardian took before it went down and admire the long list of enemies who wanted you dead so badly... All while you're flying back to your base alongside your friends with a field of glorious wrecks of once great spaceships in the background.
Let's make it happen!
Immediate goals
1. Have fun.
2. Get people interested.
3. Become organized with minimal leadership.
4. Find a suitable location and a uniform fleet goal.
5. Jerk around on comms and have fun!
6. Jerk off?

The Name
It's stolen from the most fun alliance I have been in. It was a small pet alliance from way back when The Northern Coalition meant not only a single alliance, but a massive network of almost 40 000 characters in all kinds of different alliances and corporations. We bravely protected our masters and fought, in the beginning we won most and lost some. Towards the end we were being annihiliated, but we kept fighting. We ended up being one of the last true-to-our-word alliance in the Geminate region at the time. Ironically, in the middle of this war, our leader had left us to go back to Providence for "greener pastures"... Still, we fought till we were no more. |
