The more I use the warp to 0km feature, the more I love it. I HATED making bookmarks, but I had to in order to survive in 0.0, and even in low sec space. I do not even want to think about how many hours I spent making bookmarks.
The 15km warp setting was, in my opinion, the biggest flaw in the game. Thank you so much for fixing it.

Yeah, thats what I predicted... I think even the people who used to hate the idea of Warp to 0 have now gotten so used to it that they dont want it removed again.
At least I have seen zero whines about it lately. --- Eve Wiki | Eve Tribune | Eve Pirate |

Edited by: Nero Scuro on 16/12/2006 22:02:32 On returning to eve after a 8 month break about 2 weeks ago, I found that the station I'd been docked at (S-EV) was no longer friendly to my corp. Unable to so much as change the fittings on my now uninsured Dom (so stuck with a mining setup with no wcs, MWD or even an ab - and of course, no instas) I managed to leave this DEEP 0.0 system and make it to empire in about 2 hours, safe thanks to WTZ. It was 30 or so jumps (I took the scenic route to around gatecamps).
Checking up on my corp I found that they'd moved to Sendaya, which is on the opposite of EVE, some 40 jumps away. So off I went in my Dom still not fitted with so much as an afterburner. Took about an hour.
Upon reaching Sendaya I started out on an op with my corp, this time way down south into curse, bout a further 20 jumps. Another hour. Lost my Dominix unfortunately.
Sooo... 4 hours and I'd gone from one side of eve to the exact other. And I wasn't even really rushing, I was taking my time to stop at systems and collect various loot, trade at hub systems, etc.
Yup, nothing broken about that... ___

Yes, it has it advantages. But I just love to fly. I never made or used instas before, just because I enjoyed the flight to the gate, took some time to look at the other ships approaching, had races with my freighter against others, or looked who would be showing up at the billboards that day. Yes, I've lost some ships because I didn't have instas, but that happened only rarely.
Even today I hardly use that feature and autopilot most of the time.
