BSG: The Eye Of Jupiter
Still cutting and hard hitting, excellent series, now halfway through its third series, and still hurting bad. Loving this show in so many ways. Absolutely brilliant.

We have to wait until January for the rest of the season too :(
It was a great episode though. Even though there wasn't any action it was still great.

itunes allow a legal download, but you may have to be on a US IP for that, not entirely certain.
The January wait, is not as long as last years wait. It is due to american scheduling, their 'holiday' seasonal programming.

Nope, the season starts up again on January 21st. They're also moving it to Sunday nights which is great because the ratings will go up, which means more money for them to spend.

In my opinion they have lost quite a bit of the tension in series 3 compared to the former 2. (I blame Baltar, or moreover the lack of him for that)

BSG has just continues to go from strenght to strenght, i just can't stop watching, i won't give the plot away or anything for those people that haven't seen last weeks, but suffice to say why have 1 cliff hangar when you can have 3! Bloody Marvellous!
Sweat, tears, blood, and gritty to the max. Best thing on TV at the moment.
If the big company TV CEO's axe this im going to be super ****ed, cos atm it seem like intelligent TV with something to say gets axed and utter trash seems to stay. 
I hear Season 4 is definatley confirmed though.

If the SCI-FI channel plays it's cards right, they may be able to overtake NBC/CBS/ABC in ratings on this show with the move to Sunday.
This may be the end of broadcast television as we know it!

If it did over-take NBC/CBS & ABC in viewing figures it would pretty much be ensured a full 7 season run. Which is great news!

I think I woke a few people up in my building after shrieking "FRACK!" (or equiv) when it ended where it did. The adrenaline rush is intense and is just now wearing off.
No show's done that for me, ever.
For an idea, I give you exhibit A, see panels 8 - 15 for the reaction in question.

I was watching the episode and as the story grew I kept watching the clock, thinking they could still end it.
Then it comes to the end and

Why not aim the nukes at the Basestars? 1 nuke should be enough for each Basestar?

Too easy to shoot down. Plus, the Cylons already have heavy raiders en route to the planet. The Cylons can always bring in more basestars to retrieve the raider group later, and Adama would be out of nukes this time.

When Skiffy canceled Farscape, the fans sent boxes of *****ers to their main office (an in-joke among fans, based on an episode called "*****ers Don't Matter").
If Skiffy ever does the same to BSG, I think there will be a riot with thrown toasters.

As I said before (right after the exodus episode), Adama did NOT know that Hera was alive. Rosilin, her advisor and the doc kept that little secret.
I understand Sharon's anger but I hope she doesn't lose trust in the old man, though that may be inevitable at this point.
Also I don't see why Baltar dropped 6 out of the loop. D'eana (Lucy Lawless) seems alot more powerful within the cylon heirarchy and that could have a lot to do with it.
