Is that detail of information you get there intended?
And if yes, does CCP want us to use ALTs now for Contracts?

How is this different than typing the name under "Owner" in the "My Contracts" part of "Contracts"?

I actually would have liked that kind of thing back in the old days of escrow ...
a Hall of fame showing my best deals (t2 BPOs with zeros missing, stacks of officer mods for the price of one etc ...). Too bad this system is totally spoiled by the necessaty to use lots of alts to actually sell stuff. This is why you dont see anything in my history even though i resold some mods already.
And of course, asset transfers between alts clutter up the list quite a bit. Need to test wether you can at least clean the list manually.

I'm not getting every contract, though.
My char's got three finished ones, but only the one between gulligullan and me (an Eos) registers.

Showing completed private contracts is a bit much .. now there is absolutely no way to transfer stuff remotely to an alt on the same account without revealing who the alt is.

This is the error message I get when I try to check outstanding contracts on random person:
"You are not allowed to view contracts by others than yourself or
your corporation that are currently in progress or outstanding.
Once a contract is finished however, they are generally public.
An exception to this is when a contract is issued to a specific character, corporation or alliance. In these cases you will not see the contract in the contract history unless you are one of the persons participating in the contract or a member of the corporation or alliance, respectively.
It does not matter in this regard whether the contract was accepted
by a character or a corporation, only to which entity it was
originally issued to (who was allowed to view it when it was
created)."
Personally, I think anything that makes using alts harder is + in my books, but that is only my opinion
