Someone said they wanted to get out of the Myrmidon and into an Eos/Astarte.
I agree, look up "most powerful ship" and guess what ships it will display...
Did some sparring against one last night, I pretty much turned my
plated, double repping, kinetic hardended, Ion-blaster-Mega and headed
for home the second the words "13.5 dmg mod at 2.4 seconds RoF" was uttered.
*That is download yes...

Wow, Fraxy, you've got to be absolutely the worst Eos pilot in existence. Not only are you clueless as to how to fit it, you also obviously dont know which targets to choose and when to engage.
And anyone that uses t1 heavies on that ship should be shot in place...And I had a much higher opinion of outbreak based on their previous movies. 
Shield tanking a ship that gets bonuses to armor tanking? Tracking disruptor on a drake?

I was having a fight with someone yestaday over if a pasive sheild tanked eos would be any good, now i win (i was saying the armor tank is better )

1) Eos can be a quite effective shield tanker...guess you don't fly the ship 
2) T2 heavies > T1 heavies...but that doesn't mean you can't PVP with T1 heavies. If you think I'm wrong, please write Farjung a mail and tell him to get out of his Domi RIGHT NOW!!
3) Did you get up with the wrong foot today??
PS: I agree that FraXy's a noob, he's much better at mining than he is at PVP!

Alright. Normally i would ignore anything said like this because i got 2 close friends telling me once a day my setups, tanking ideas and general ideas are so whack they will never work.
First of the Passivetank. I`ve been a fan of it for awhile, but only used it on Ferox. Pottset seems to be having success with it, so i decided to test it out and jumped into M-OEE, re-approached gate and waited.
Sleipnir jumped in and engaged me, so i thought "Ah bring it little Minmatar duct-tape ship", because i got more Eos' around empire. I got jumped by 2 more ships adding firepower and draining my 2x Invuln II`s off which is basically what failed.
Like i commented earlier i got 13 days remaining on Berserker II`s, but my skilltraining is booked for 3 weeks or so before i can finish that off.
Tracking Disruptor on the Drake was a mistake, but i had adrenaline pumping so high my hands were shaking and i haven`t done any research on Drake. Thought it could have some spare turret slots which a lot of people fill with guns and i had no problem sustaining my cap at the end with plenty of 800`s to spare.
Again i`m sure i did several mistakes all over. I`m only human and always claimed i`m a noob.
I don`t do cookie-cutter straight forward. If i can i try to avoid doing so, but sometimes u must.
I took the time to answer this not to defend myself, because i couldn`t care less what some guy from AAA says about me.
I am hereby standing firm for all the people out there flying creative setups that people like Sadist here can`t make on his own.
Say NO to Cookie-Cutter setups.

Well, I actually think going for the cerberus was the best choice since i'd have assumed the Absolution had Heavy pulse II, was hitting you for **** since he was tracking disrupted. Most Absolution have Cap injector, and Dual med rep, so it would take awhile + you had no real reason to get close to him since if he had pulse, he'd munch you up a bit :S
So you went for the Cerberus, with the ammount of nos you had on, it would have died quickly but somehow, i never see Cerberus in PVP and was surprised someone actually knew how to fit it.. It tanked you, pretty much because of the Ogre I (not *****ing the fact you don't have tech2 tho), His thermal resistance was pretty much 90%
Then you owned that Absolution, i checked the killmail and he didn't even have a thermal hardener? Simple enough i guess + No cap injector, running his rep to tank sentry etc (or was it him that you had killrights on?) I don't even know.
Anyways, Sadist was quite out of line spitting out "worse EOS pilot" since there's not many EOS movie out there released publicly, One as Hinik which was faction pimped out and he died due to not activating his cap injector and the rest were pretty much piracy in lowsec.. So yea.

I went for Cerberus, because i knew the Absolution had beams when he hit me from 50km. That itself is a gimped tank, but an Absolution can tank pretty darn well.
Cerberus from what i`ve heard got cap issues when running a Large SB II, so even with Ogre I (which i`ve explained 2 times earlier), 3 Blasters on a Hybrid heavy tank, i really relied on the 4 Nos to do their job and keep him from boosting much.
Obviously it took it`s time and everytime i thought he was falling he boosted, so eventually i switched for Absolution because i couldn`t break Cerberus after 3-4 minutes and because he was still hitting me pretty hard. 1km orbit and Tracking Disruptor stopped his damage.
I really overestimated the Absolution tank which i showed with my own tank what it can do when setup for it and i assumed he would have Dual-Rep, Injector driven with Heavy Pulse II for good close-range damage.
Sadist is free to spit whatever he wants. It`s a free country with freedom of speach, but then again i got the option to just ignore random crap spitting like that aswell.

the fight with the absolution and the cerb + drakes was absolutely for the win, FraXy... insane how much dps that abso lost when you drained it and then you jsut tanked all of them looting as if you had nothing better to do :D
Also - Cerberus pilot using kinetic heavies against a galletne t2 ship FTL

On a more serious note. Thanks for an intense engagement. I know i had sentries on my side (atleast i think i did), but i was worried about incoming damage from u guys most of all.
I know Cerberus got Thermal intense tank, but that was wicked.
