ò Story/Info
Hybrid Syndicate is run by the n00b known as Kaeten. Having played since 2004 and has been apart of some of the major alliances and wars, hes not new to EVE and understands a whole deal about pain, organization and leadership. HSY itself has been through alot, ex-CFS, ex-Keiretsu, high-sec pirates, mercs etc. etc... And understands how each role works up to a certain point.
HSY Will be operating in and around Molden Heath and Great Wildlands regions alongside friends. We will be shooting **** all the time.

ò PvP Style
HSY is a smaller corporation and as one we prefer smaller, more close range fights. We aim for recon/command ship/hac/inty gangs with a mix of bs sized mini fleets. Smaller ship types for faster raids and quick attacks and bs sized for bigger important fights. We expect everyone to be kitted with the best equipment. Would you like to run around in a gang where everyone uses NPC loot? We fight OUR fights and not anyone elses.
HSY operates mostly in 0.0, living around low-sec around molden heath the opportunity for shooting things is high. HSY don't like pos-warfare and will not have anything to do with shooting them unless pilots want to (hence capital pilots), we might operate some for NPCers etc.. We base out of Empire/0.0 NPC stations as they give the most targets.
HSY flys a NBSI policy everywhere...
ò Rules
HSY is a respected corporation with alot of ties around EVE. We have friends and we have enemies. We expect players to maintain a good attitude in and out of the corporation. We expect members to honour their ransoms and 1v1's if they do so and too keep smack to a minimum.
ò Activity
As a smaller PvP corporation it's strength is determined by it's pilot count and skill. This is why our skillpoint base is so high, we want members that know what they do and what they want. Members are to be relativitly active, we understand if there are any RL happenings.
ò Other
Other Things such as loot, production, wars, locations, friends will be talked about in convos and in corp etc..
