1) It is currently impossible to log-in if the character was last located in Jita
2) it is impossible to travel through Jita (please make it a dead end system; it is a market hub and most people go ther to buy/sell stuff)
3) create more market hubs by giving incentives such as: a) good location (but still dead end systems); b) reduced taxes (such as broker fees costs to set up a contract etc.)

File a stuck petition, you may get moved. Stuck petitions seem to be given the highest priority.
Players create trade hubs, not CCP. If they make Jita a dead end system, some other system will pop up as a new hub. It's happened before.

Alas, I cannot petition. I always get back to character selection screeen and when a try to create a petition from there the 'create new petition' widnow just freezes ... this has been going on for two hours now ....
How can I log into the game?

Us the site here to petiton, look at EVE support at the side
and you'r right im stuck to and I filied a petiton but so far no anwser and I NEED to get in seein as a wars about to start and Im gonna mis it cause its gonna take me another hour to get back through Jita oh joy >.>

look to the left
look for catagory "eve support"
click Create New Petition
file "stuck" petition

Just lower the security level for Jita to 0.3. That will clear it out.

I say it time and taime again:
there are almost insulting simple, yet highly effective methods of reducing jita load, like for example creating bypass jump routes so that NOONE has to use and charge the jita node unneeded just for traveling from a to b.
plus many others
Even if it would only bring like 10%, it would definitly be worth the 5 minutes of hard work to create the additional gates.
as long as those simplest but most effective steps aren't taken, i claim that the heavy jita load is INTENTIONAL by the devs.
