Okay, let's see...
+ Positive security status.
+ Standard implant set.
* Standings for the four major factions is tolerable.
- Attributes are sub-optimal.
- Several basic skills too low for a character with this many skill points.
Character appraiser says 5.2 billion ISK. 5-5.5 billion ISK would likely be the final selling price.

The amount of SP would say around 5.5-6bil, but without an actual good focus on anything for the character I wouldn't go over 5bil. |
