Hi,
I think I had found a possible Easter Egg. When I started the game one of the first things I did was renaming my ship, and I called her "Queen Mary's Revenge", which is the name of Blackbeards ship. To my surprise this name had filled the alloted space for the name completely. Now it could be a coincidence, it could be that 20 letters is a nice round number. It also could be an obscure Easter Egg, a homage to most famous pirate ship there was.
Just a thought.

It was also the name of the station in Blackbeard's Wake in earth and beyond, the Red Dragon Pirate's sector (now THAT is more like it).
Btw, Queen Anne's & Queen Mary's is the same amount of letters.

That's why I also called it an interesting theory, since the number of characters holds true. Maybe there's a Blackbeard or EnB fan among the devs?

Lol I meant "Queen Anne's Revenge", but since I have ship two ships -- "Queen Anne's Revenge" and "Queen Mary's Revenge" I messed up =)
I did not know about EnB. That one was dead-on.
