i have 2 accounts and i was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to transfer a character from 1 account to my other account? any info would be great

I don't know for sure, but I'm doubtful. I heard of name changes, but thats about the extent of what they will do(slowy).

No, I¦m sorry but such moves are not available. And name changes are not changed unless they have been reported as offensive.

How many people have to report a name as offensive? Could i just have my second acount report me?

Sure, if you really want to be called EvePlayer38631. I don't think they'd let you choose what it got changed to in any event.
