Maybe its just me, but after a quick check of all the rigs available... I couldn't find anything specifically stating that it had an effect on Remote Shield transporters.
At first I thought that maybe there were no logistics rigs. Then I spotted "Remote Repair Augmentor," which states that it reduces capacitor need of remote armor repairers.
I can't see anything that would definately affect shield transporters, maybe its just me being tired, but there is most definately a rig for armor. So I ask, wheres my remote shield transporter rig?

there is the one that affects shield booster cap, but as it isn't seeded on sisi can't test if it also works on shield transporters, the T2 variant of that rig has a different description as well saying it affects all shield modules cap use. So only way to know is to try on TQ but that will take some time before I'd be willing to potentially waste rig parts on something that doesn't work after all.
Otherwhise, armor tanking is not shield tanking. They are different, the modules show that, the rigs show that...

rigs dont work at capital modules atm
but u right a 25% less capacitorneed for remote capital schildbooster would be great

I'll try it now; I've got the Core Defence Capactior Sa***uard (which I assume you're talking about) on my Raven.
Medium Shield Transporter I
Base cap use: 132
Shield Emission Systems Level 3 (15%)
132 * 0.85 = 112.2
Cap use of fitted Medium Shield Transporter on my Raven: 112.2
No effect :(
