Cyngi Shipyards is a new Corp with quite a few members, we build ships, and armaments, we are seeking cooperation with a 0.0 Alliance that can let us come down through thier space once a month and mine for the minerals we need to build.
Of course we will use your processing facility, and only attack NPC Rats that attack us, we can work out other arrangements that can be very beneficial for both parties, since we are a shipyard / armament building Corp.

I am not going to contact or beg anyone, I can mine plenty where I am and just buy the stuff I cant get easily, I am looking more to broaden our scope of relations with other reputable organizations than can be beneficial for both parties.

Fountain is free to enter aslong as you wont shoot neutrals.
It is also very rich.
If you looking for 0.0 space, start moving to a-1 and make it your new home
Dont forget to contact me before moving down so we can tell the locals your ok
However there are still some enemies is Fountain:
Alliances you should have put to -10 are:
Bob, the Horde, Xelas and D2

Contact BoB, they rent space out in 00, about 300m isk a week, which even for a 1 man corp takes only a few hours to make, plus its allways better to be on the right hand of darkness rather then its path, that and we seldom get incursed, i like in delve region and do so quite happily and make fortune =)

You could always try providence near domain low sec, CVA opeate NRDS policy and all neutrals are allowed through and to do what they want more or less unmolested, just the occasional band of roving pirates.

Because most alliances want people who will help fight to defend a region, rather than just steal its assets.
