My honest advice, is to keep these and produce them yourself. I highly doubt anyone will offer you what they are worth, no matter how high the figure looks.
I would estimate values in the regions of:
40 Bill for the Zealot
120 Bill for the Cap II
Congrats on the lottery!

That sounds about right. And also EFS is right that no one will offer you that amount of isk for it for one simple reason no one has that kinda isk just laying around. If I wasn't so lazy I'd link the Hulk BPO that went on auction several months ago. The BPO sold for 86B and each ship retailed for 500m basicly in 129 days the buyer had their money back. When usally it takes about 400 days.
