The CFS has received multiple reports of the company PIERRE'S FINE TARSIS HAMS is flying the CFS tag in their corporate description. Indeed a check of their corporation description confirms this.
*** Proud Members of the CFS Alliance **
This is false. They are not CFS members.
Apparently this corporation until a short while ago was flagged "Fountain Alliance Members". From what I've determined they were never a member of FA either. Reports confirm their apparent activities including:
[ 2003.11.24 05:13:51 ] XXXXXXXXX > they edit their desc to read "Pround member of FA" a few hours back, camped our entrace and killed some random noobs
[ 2003.11.24 05:14:04 ] XXXXXXXXX > they now switch their corp desc to read "Proud member of CFS"
Reports state this corporation is camping gates and committing random acts of piracy. From a check of records its clear this corporation has not applied to nor recived membership to join the CFS Alliance.
Please be aware of this if they should pirate in your neighborhood they are not members of the CFS Alliance.

they were based in CA space (I looked into this a month ago after they jumped me, for which Splug paid...severly)
Utopia was the system
but when I went there, system was empty so while I see 3-4 of them in Pator and Yulai, I have no idea as to their actual base

They arent based in Curse.
However they are often seen mining in the molden heath region.
They are KOS to CA people also.

EVE might need a tag / alliance system like Planetarion had
u could enter a code and then u also got the tag
and it would be easy with alliance wars
a alliance could declare war on another complete alliance and the program could look at tags so CONCORD wont come between both.
also handy to see who your foe is :)
