What is EOC.TV?
EOC.TV (EVE Online Community TV) is an amazing Video and Streaming Website dedicated to EVE Online. It serves as a centralized location for videos and podcasts related to EVE Online. No think you are missing the point lol,
It's a standalone "youtube" as to speak for EVE, with additional import tools for youtube, vimeo etc,
also standalone streaming direct to EOC.TV, twitch sucks and has for a while, this is a bespoke system,
why would you need financial backing to make something better?, our developers are more then capable.

Also, not sure on the negativeness when this something to help the EVE community, and it's lowering statistics,
