A sad tale of my corporation beeing wardeclared by a one man corp, not once but twice now allready, sadly this sorry excuse for an individual thinks 'his way' of conducting this war is legitimate, and even though officially it is, the only word i have for it is cowardly.
The person refuses to engage us in any way, he hardly ever leaves station and only seems to enjoy harrasing us through the use of the public local channel instead of putting his ship where his mouth is and do battle with us out in the open.
All of our members are willing to fight him at any given notice, to throw our our lives on the line to rid our corporation of this pest but under current circumstances it is of no use as he blatantly refuses to engage us.
Now i can hear u say, what nuisance is he sitting in station, but imagine beeing verbally taunted by someone day in day out, u are safe from this person but so is he from u, u cannot reach through the protective wall and squeeze the sorry life out of him.
No my dear friends, it seems there is no more honor left in this universe if even a simple 1 vs 1 challenge to settle the dispute is declined.
NOTE: the above statement was purely my own ranting, it does not reflect my corporations thoughts on this matter but purely my own, neither do i try to seek help or assistance in this matter, i am sure we will settle it one way or another over time.
I just wished to share my own personal frustrations, so i may yet again go out and camp this sorry excuse for a human beeing once more with a fresh state of mind so i hop eu will all forgive my silly rantings.

Is some blow hard wants to waste his ISK let him. It's not like you can put people on ignore. Though that would be nice. Whether he's at war with you or not he could say whatever he wants in local and you get to hear it.
Yes it sucks, and yes it's annoying. If it's really bugging you you can *try* a petition under harrassment but I doubt that will do anything except waste both the GM's and your time. Just ignore him and if that proves impossible just go into the next system. If he follows to harrass you some more...

Yes, after my silly venting rant i will once more pursue his demise with renewed vigor
Just hope i can give this person his 'Xmass present' before i go on my 2 week holiday

Strangely enough some of us stated it might have to do with just that, we got an offer to join an alliance but declined as we did not yet consider ourselves ready for it, but surely an alliance of this magnitude would not stoop so low as to set a merc on us just to 'persuade' us to join them?
I just wish the guy would come out and fight, oh well, he has atleast awakened the pvp'er in me, which is a feat on to itself cuz i consider myself the worst person to do pvp in eve
