Edited by: Proton Power on 18/12/2006 23:43:07 Not even sure how to start this press release off other than with WOW. And I dont mean World of Warcraft
So far creating Power Corrupts Industry's has been a great success. It has advertised Power Corrupts Trading more so than I ever thought it could.
Before the creation of the alliance I had 3 main customers, and then all my extra little things I do to make some isk here and there to keep share holders happy.
Today I now have 5 Main customers, I have hired 3 corps to help me out, 1 corp for logistics / hauling, 1 corp to help me with the actual orders, and then 1 corp that builds some of the items I need to build items for the contracts.
What am I saying, PCT has grown further than I ever expected it to grow. Playing with numbers I realised that monthly well over 75bil isk every month goes through my wallet. For some this may seem like nothing, but to me this is a lot.
With all this comes some issue's though. A lot of the newer orders I am receiving now require isk to be held up for a month or so at a time. I am pretty much maxed out atm with what I can handle isk wise. But I wont let this stop me, and I will continue to play the market to the best of my ability with what I have.
I am guessing the next dividend will be 20% or so, 5bil isk paid out. For those that bought shares for 1mil each, you have already made profit from my dividends, and I am still growing. For those that paid 2mil per share, you are still making a nice sum of isk over time. That is still 8 to 10 percent each month which is aprox value of most decent IPO's out there atm. If you paid more than 2mil per share I am sorry...
Edit - Also want to let my share holders know I am going to up my pay some. It will now be 1bil isk per month straight fee to my other main. I am sure will complain, but I am working harder and putting more time in than I ever have and deserve the raise.

If the underlying value of the company continues to grow, there's no reason the share price shouldn't grow to reflect that.
Do you have any numbers on the actual worth of each share atm, if the company were liquidated on the 31st of next month (to allow time for all orders to complete)?

I priced the corp at about 43bil isk or so not to long ago. But to actually liquadate everything and get isk for it all it would probably be more in the 38bil range. The problem with PCT now is I have assets everywhere, from 0.0 markets, to escrows, to bpo's, to minerals, to reactions, to ships. I have a about 2bil isk in unreaserched BPO's, but you wouldnt be able to sell them for that much isk, I have POS gear that wouldnt sell for top isk on todays market. But lets say 40bil for arguement sake = about 1.6mil per share, 1.7mil per share tops.
I also have 3 characters that PCT owns as assets as well, and those are always hard to place a value on. -----------------------------------------------

Ignoring the characters for a moment, shares are typically valued at base price + one year's return. That means that each PCT share would have a "natural" value of 1.6 mil + 150k/month (very conservative!) * 12 months, or about 3,400,000 per share.
So, no, I'd say buying over 2 mil/share ain't that bad. :P

I would agree If I have not advertised that PCT wont be around forever. Things are going to slow down a bit in about 3 months due to RL for sure. I will be transfering from Recruting Duty for the Navy to a Ship. The nice thing is the Ship is not built yet so I will be working out of a building and no deployments right away. Over all I have not worked out how this will effect PCT or my customers as of yet, and I plan on having my Fiance do some of the basic stuff for me to keep my contracts going at a minimum. -----------------------------------------------

Ha! That'll be the last time I try to pump up YOUR stock price, mister! :P
Anyway, back on topic--that's a hell of a result. Congrats. :)

Alot of isk to be made in this game but lap it up while it lasts, just of late we've had a mass slow down due to market influxation/demand met. In the new Year a drop on Dividend output 6.7% and a "Goodwill" Corp buy up to bolster the dividend output.
T2 is scary times atm, especially for investment

Looks like I'll have to stop the US's need for recruiting if I want PCT to continue its normal operations... Now if I only had prez Bush's phone number

Thats the thing about what I do. Dosnt matter what the market does, I am involved in so many areas of the market if one shortfalls the others normally do well. Also I dont deal with T2 anymore, I found it to be to much to deal with along with everything else I do. -----------------------------------------------

I bought 20 shares when PTC first opened up, and I can say that I'm very pleased. I left the game for 6 months, and I came back to find my wallet considerably fatter from your regular deposits. I've had other shareholdings go out of business without so much as an eve-mail, but you've stayed strong and true.
Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication. ----------
