That's an overview of the character, I can screenshot anything on request to back that up. What it doesn't show is this:
Intelligence: 12.96
Charisma: 8.64
Perception: 19.44
Memory: 20.52
Willpower: 16.20
These are the stats WITHOUT the set of +3's it comes with. In addition there's a few bits of advanced learning that are only at I and II that can swiftly be taken to IV for a boost.
SUMMARY: This character is ready to step into a Vagabond. DI V and Minmatar Cruiser V, along with Medium Projectile V. Fairly mixed between Gallente/Minmatar, it has 25% of Gallente BS5 if you wanted to refocus it. He can run lvl4 ED missions, and has some RP's in Shield technology.
Starting Bid: 1B
Increase: 100M (or more if you like!)
Buyout: 3.5B
Ends: 0200 22/12/2006

I dropped the price to 900M to start, with the buyout at 2B. This is a great main for someone just starting out and wants to play with Minmatar chars.

If I was inclined to purchase this, the "Targeting level 1" and similar (lack of) skills would put me off. I only have one account, and I'd want an alt that I wouldn't have to break off training on my main to make usable.

Ahhh, true. If this doesn't sell by the deadline I'll hold it for another month and train more support skills. In light of this, I'm changing it from an auction to a straight "Buyout is 1B, and it goes to whoever convos me the highest offer with no more offers over the next 5 minutes". :)
