Its AAC. 64-kilobit AAC is approximately the same quality as 128kbit LAME MP3.

What type of trance do you play..? i would tune in but i have internet issues at home and i'm at work at the moment....
Is it:
Psy, Progressive or Full on Outdoor Trance...
or is it:
Hard, Uplifting or Cheesey indoor club trance 
Just curious... I produce and Dj Psy and sometimes proggressive.

Tactic Mind, Mahamundra, Bliss, Frequelizer, Dark Soho, Artifakt, Twisted System, Cosmosis, Loopus in Fabula, Freq, Aerospace, Reefer Decree, James Monro, Son Kite, Oforia, Ticon, Psysex, Psycraft, Broken Toy and many many many more....
Mostly Progressive, with a bit of more classic stuff and some Psy + Trancecore.

It did evolve from it though. As the current incarnation of trance is so far removed from what was going around in the mid 90s i personally wouldn't connect the 2. However, they both have a common parent.

Personally I miss the mid 90s. Appart from the recent electro-clash incarnations of 'dance' I've been fairly turned off the whole scene for quite some time.
