What is this? I have loaded my Probe launcher with multispectral probes and click on it to launch a probe and I get this message. Anyone knows what is wrong?

Lemme guess - you fitted the launcher at a POS?

On several occasions its almoast as if my probe launchers have decided to jettison its ammo into deep space, they just disappear nowhere to be found (does not dump to cargo bay, it just vanishes).
I dont know WHY it happens but it does so just reload and eat the loss.

This happened to me once. I thought it was just a freak accident. I think it happened with a recon launcher.

if you try to load/reload probes while cloaked, they are gone forever. its a bug thats been around for so long, it makes me hurt inside.

Not true. I lost some this way, and decloak/reload brings them back if you have none left in your cargo.

Yes. You recognize the problem?
Anyway I solved it. After trying to reload and refit I finally jumped to another system and after that it worked.

Yes I recognize it... being a Caldari missile *****, I deal with it pretty often. When you fit any kind of launcher to a ship at a POS, there is a chance that the launchers get borked. Not necessarily all, and not all the time. It's highly irritating when it happens, especially as you don't know they're borked until you go to fire them. Sometimes logging off and back on fixes them, sometimes stripping the launchers off and putting them back on works, sometimes a session change, and sometimes I just gotta fly to a damn station and refit there.
It really sucked when I got my Drake... 7 launchers, I think one of them worked properly the first time around.
