I myself have decided to forgoe L4s until I get an absolution. Screw BSes. The effective ones are ugly as sin and the cool looking ones don't work so well.
If you're on IE, pretend this is transparent while you get a better browser. |

rats do more damage. even 80+ on my Nighthawk resist doenst i have problems after the patch. I cant tank more then 4-5 bs at the same time anymore :S
EOS / Nighthawk against Sansha = no go i noticed that already after the patch

When i told people that the NH was a cool missionboat nobody would believe me, when i told them the bonus change would make it even cooler, nobody would believe me.
Forget about ravens, once u learn how to pilot a NH u will never want to go back 
I'm still amazed to see NH for around 200 mill and cerbs for atleast 50mill more then that.
Resized tag... again... hope this pleases the tag ninjas from ccp... again :p

Tbh any command ship can solo lvl 4 missions.
I did Silence the Informant in my Astarte last night. Have done Infiltrated outposts and Stop the Thief in my Nighthawk at warp in point without any problems and cannot see why any other command ship would be any different tbh.

I'm doing lvl 4s right now in a drake with lvl 3 in the BC skill 
Now I wouldn't exactly do enemies abound or worlds collide, but stuff like pirate slaughter or rogue slave traders is rather doable/easy.
3 shield recharge rigs 4tw!

I used a lot the eos in L4 missions and i agree it rocks.
The only missions u have problem is against explo dammage ( angels & zazzmataz). For those i bought an absolution ( another exellent ship for L4 missions).
