Kublai's been specializing towards the dominix the last couple of weeks, and upon getting all the vital T2 parts and supporting skills i've decided it's about time to pimp them, I never was much for battleships prefering interceptors and cruisers, but i've begun falling in love with those little drones, anyways, i've been playing around with alot of Dominix setups and here is where I am at for the time being.
Before you note on the 1600 plate, you should know that Kublai has a full Low-grade slave set, and thus gets an insane amount of armor out of the plate.

Some of the faction gear will be replaced with regular T2 as I have some extra PG and CPU, but you get the general idea, i'm quite insecure about my mid slots, and i'm quite pleased with my low slots as they are at the moment.
Any feedback is apriciated, this ship will pack Ogre II's in the bay + mix of various lighter drones.
The use is quite obviously pvp, solo and small gang warfare/piracy

Nice setup mate, try some rechargers in mids or a cap realy in low (instead of energized), to run your two reppers for more time.

He's not NPCing, so no need for the rechargers - he has the cap injector for that...
But yeah, nice setup, quickfit is great, innit

I would lose the tracking link and the heavy cap booster, and replace by to med boosters. the reason being you would be able to fire to 800's at the same time if needed(corect please if this it not possible), and free alot of pg working towards that third heavy nos

This ship has got a great tank, but (sorry for the pun) it's just not sucking enough.
Only 2 Heavy Nos and no speed mod means you'll be very vulnerable to any battleship that can stay in the 10-20km range
.. I would suggest you pack some webber drones, use them to close the range for web, then switch to Ogres.

Aye, I wish I could afford fitting an afterburner, however even with only 2 nos not running the neut's give ME more nos aswell (a neut uses and destroys about the same as one heavy nos for the attacker, and target), what then remains to be seen is wether or not my drones can do damage to the target ship, and if he is able to break trough my tank with 2x heavy nos and a heavy cap injector running on me.
This is something i'd like to try out, either way, it would be easy to escape me without a tackler.

No real point in the drone tracking comp when you have such large bay, just deploy smaller drones for smaller stuff. Tracking disrupter maybe? Also, consider pg rigs to make room for ab at least.

Also, about that 1600 plate.
Even with a LG implant set I would probably drop it for another EANM II or damage control..

I will, I just didnt remembmer which was actually on the market and which wasnt, last time I quick fitted a ship setup with neutz I couldnt find the damn neutz I wanted on the market when I was done, in jita :P

My suggestions.
Drop the plate for an RCU II.
Drop the Omni Tracking Link for an AB / MWD.
Drop the sensor booster + Heavy injector for 2 x Med Injectors.
Use the remaining grid to fit more hvy nos (should get 3 on).

i would also put a DC in the lows, no point letting all that hull go to wast, and i'm thinking about trying 4 heavy NOS and 2 neuts and droping 1 LAR and changing it with a 1600plate, prob wont be able to tank as long but you can drain 700 cap every 12 sec
