Anyone know a supplier of Game Time Cards in the UK.
My mate really wants to subscribe to Eve after completing his free trial but doesn't have a credit card.

I'm with your mate on this, not having a useable card in the UK sucks big time - direct debit would be a sweet thing.
Pay By Cash's Paypoint option isn't too bad - you print off the receipt and take it to your local store, they scan the barcode and you pay in cash.

My visa electron card works for paying my sub. There is "pay by cash" using a "splash plastic" card, though finding somewhere you can put cash onto it is difficult.

Buy from shattered crystal via paypal (yes I know, it sucks, but its worked for me so far).
And you can pay for initial fee with GTC, they remove 10 days worth of play from the first card you pay with (and only).

Had a feeling someone would post up about something like this, i use a system from Ireland called 3v , you sign up, get a plastic card like a CC and use it to recieve a printout in a listed retailer, gives you a valid VISA number to use for the amount of "credit" you have on the voucher. Advantage is that it works like a CC for shopping online, can't be used in retail shops and almost impossible to scam details from the number as it's useless once it's value is overdrawn. You do need to provide proper details to them though, as they will refund any unused funds after the voucher runs out of it's alotted time limit. They will also send the cvv2 code and expiry date to your mobile phone or email address, so you don't have all the details incase the printout got lost/stolen from you.It's easy to use also,if you need more "credit" just buy a new printout from the store. The UK website is 3v UK
It's worked well for me around a year now over here, i'd recommend it to anyone in Ireland/Spain/UK for playing online games who don't have a CC and can get to a retailer who can scan your plastic card with a 3v reader. I'd check the website out though first before trying it though.

i play on a visa card, but its only debi not credit, dont know if that helps?

My 2nd account is only paid for by GTC's and has never ever seen a CC number or anything else (1 paid account is enough so the second is only active if i have made enough isk for a new GTC). So yes you can make an account without paying anything
