Even though some of you already is aware of the site in question as it roamed the forum before this post - here is the official release of EVE-Agents.com.
This site focuses 100% on all the Agents in EVE. Basicly is merely just a front-end of finding agents with your specific terms.
You will be able to find agents by specifying search terms like, Corporation, Division or what Tech2 BPO they give out.
You still will have to grind them yourself - I won't be doing that for you (unless it involves a mission mining Veldspar of course ).
So feel free to try it out and get back to me with suggestions or bugs.
Happy agent browsing!

This is a seriously awesome site. Im going to post a thread in the Missions forum too (even though it might get locked) just to get peoples attention.
I advice everybody who currently sits in the lag systems to use this site to find alternative agents that are just as good. Move from the lag, be a happier player.

Awesome site Chribba!
Could use some more search options, like system security and agent quality.
And by the way, I thought that when you specified a faction, it would find all agents working for that faction, but when I search for my agent Bedepant Flor for example, who works for Chemal Tech / Gallente, it says "Faction: Amarr Empire", so I guess "faction" means the faction controlling the area the agent lives in?

You are correct about faction, it currently lists the faction where the user is located atm, will see to that it changes to what faction it belongs to.

It's really pretty and easy to read--I like that a lot. Plus it's nice to know if an agent is a hot babe or not.
I'm probably going to stick with http://eve.grismar.net/explorer/ though, as it has so many powerful sorting and filtering options. * * * In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

i did find that the figures for the research points/day were a little annoying, in that their formatting put the "," in the wrong place. currently 5000 is displayed as 50,00. whilst is should be shown as 5,000.
this was a little confusing at first glance, as the figures seemed to indicate RP being gained at 10x the rate they should be (the aforementioned 5k example looking at first glance to be 50k, written 50,000).
other than that, this is an excelent resource, god work :) ========================================== Iy |

Do you remember how you ended up on that URL? Since I can't find that factionID.
in the first link I said I was evil.... because... I did what I do when I test something... I'm trying to make it crash!
so I edited the "get data" manually to try SQL injection and thing like that...
so you filter single quote -> ' <- but you don't check for overflow
btw the first link should be(eve forum change the ' by %20): http://www.eve-agents.com/index.dxd?AgentName=&System=&Region=-&Corporation=10'00090&Faction=-&Division=-&Level=-&Skill=-&Locator=-&Item=&Sort=0&Direction=0

Very nice Chribba. To be able to search on agent research fields is one feature I have missed on eveinfo.
Also very nice to just eneter the T2 bpo to get a list of the R&D agents who has research fields in the same areas,
How do you calculate RP/day? Is that the maximum possible with research skills at lvl 5 and max standing. I am a bit confused because when I looked at agent with Mech eng field a lvl 3 q15 agent has higher RP/day than a lvl 4 q -17 (89.6 vs 87.48).
I hope you are right because that will save me from getting standign for yet another corp

Quality matters.
The formula for RP/day is as follows (taken from here):
RP/day = Field multiplier*((1+(EQ of agent/100))*((My skill+His Skill)^2))
To put it simply, quality (EQ here) is a modifier to RP day. If (1+(EQ of agent/100)) < 1 you get a reduction in RP/day.
Hope that helps.

It is with maximum standings and skills yes. As Victor Valka pointed out the Quality matters, as you sometime can get more RP/day from a L2Q20 than a L3Q-20 kinda. The maximum quality a top agent can have is 55, calculated on 10 in standings and Negotiation 5 and the agents base quality 20.
Quality + (Negotiation * 5) + Standings -> 20 + 25 + 10 = 55 effective quality.

- sort by system sec (And since this is one of if not the most important factors I would actually put it where you have required standing atm in the agent display) - kill mission only divisions filter (in fact I would make that kill missions mainly and include intelligence division too) - quality filter

Thanks for the explanation. I know the formula for calculating RP but wasn't sure about the EQ formula.
Hmm negotiation has a higher affect than I thought it had. I was expecting standing to have a higher impact on EQ.
Using my personal stats the lvl 4 (Kaalakiota lvl 4 vs Lai Dai lvl 3) is still a bit better but that is marginal (2 RP/day).

BTW Chribba,
It looks like you have in your database which R&D fields are use for each item.
How about making use of this information for another search function: to find which items are using which R&D field? For example you enter Electromagnetic engineering and get which T2 items require this field. Maybe being able to search for several R & D fields (to answer the question "which items can I invent if I have datacores for field X and Y")
Nothing to do with agents directly but would be a very nice feature.
When I am writing wish list how about these suggestions:
- Select more than one agent level (ie I want to see all agents lvl 3 & 4 and ..."
- Being able to search for several agents (or maybe even "list all "kill" agents option or all "Delivery agents")
- Well in general being able to search on more than one vlaue (ie "or search" - more than one corp, region etc) is always useful. Will screw up your nice clean user interface but maybe you can have an "advanced search" page
- This is probably a lot harder to do, but is something I have been looking for a long time: "Proximity search", ie "List agents in system X and within Y jumps"
Thanks for providing this nice tool for us!

Will see if there is any useful way of using the Skills->T2 thing you are speaking about.
Kill/Courier - see post above. Multiple searchterms 'corp A and B', will see if I can implement that in a decent fashion. Proximity search should be doable as I already have a private 'list all systems within range of X jumps' thing I use myself, could most likely implement that into a search - will give it some thoughts.

Very Nice
I was a bit confused on the BPO part tho. I would like to see ho many LP it takes to get a bpo. And I would like to filter any bpo, if i am not looking for a specific one.

Well done Chribba. This is a great tool and I've been using it a lot lately.
One question. Is it possible to also put in, for those agents who require it (like R&D), the required minimum effective corp standing? Seems this is the one bit of info I need to get ingame.

If i rember rightly and correct me if im wrong here but isn't the corp requirement level the same level as the overall rating because its based off quality and level. Its just that you require it for the specific corp as well as the faction.

On my agents the required corp standing is always 2.0 less than the pilot required status, can anyone else not in a 1-man corp verify this for me.

Unless I'm missing your point, from the following, I'd have to say no.
X.E.N.O. Standing to Minmatar Republic is 0.28 Character standing to Minmatar Republic is 2.48 (raised from 1.05)
X.E.N.O. standing to Core Complexion Inc. is 0.05 Character standing to Core Complexion Inc. is 1.68 (raised from 0.09)

Yes Chirbba, I can confirm that and there are 25 members in our Corp.
From Redurosso Sotana: You need a minimum effective corp standing of at least 0.85, in addition to an effective faction, corp or personal standing of at least 2.85 to use this agent.

Any plan to add storyline agents to this? That would be nice to know where to go to do missions and get the storylines ones for a corp of your choice
You know, find the storyline agents of a corp, look if there are some good regular agents of that same corp near some of them, and then go do missions for these good regular agents -----

Great site :) , I was wondering about the way it calculates the RP that each Agent gives you, because i currently am researching with an agent and your site says Gallentean Starship Engineering (160,23 RP/day) for the agent i am using, where as the agent only gives me 24.30 RP per day, am i just confused, is it because my skills are low or somthing? |

The RP's are based upon maxed skills and maxed standings (eg 10.0 standing and Science skill to 5 and Connections and Negotiation to 5).

Very useful site. Thanks.
1) Shouldn't the RP field multiplier for Nuclear, Plasma, and Laser physics be 2x as it is for Graviton physics?
2) Can you share the mathematical formula you are using for effective agent quality of an R&D agent when you do you RP per day calculation. My understanding is that R&D effective quality uses a different forumla than normal mission agents, with the player->agent standing having no effect on the effective quality.

Could you possible add an option to limit the the search so, for example, I could fine all RSS agents that have more than one agent in a station.
That make sence?

I have heard that there are low level storyline agents in each region that can help anyone gain standings enough to run regular missions. But I don't see any storyline agents listed.
Is this not the case? (low level storyline agents that anyone can use) and even if not... a list of where all the story line agents could still be a good resource to have.
EDIT: Just saw your post two levels up....
