What can one say about a situation such as this.
Balta has been my boss and mentor from my first very week in Eve, all those years ago, back in Backwater and then ALTZ. (he was more bossy in Backwater even though he was not CEO then  )
Balta has been the foundation stone of the corp, his personal efforts have held the corp together through many, many adventures in Eve. He has always been there, working his *******s off for the corp, doing many jobs that no one else would come forward to do.
I hope that now the task of looking after the corp has been lifted, Balta can kick back and have alot of fun doing what the rest of us have taken for granted.
Whatever you get up to Balta, you will be missed by those who have proudly served under your great leadership.
See you boss.

A name that will forever be burned into the memories of many pilots, a group of warriors, fighters and most of all........friends.
I definitely had some great times with ALTZ (and INFOD and VIRII) and we fought many a treacherous battle side by side over the years.. Balta, you will be sorely missed from EVE and your impact will be forever remembered. To the rest of ALTZ, always know that BSC will hold you in a special place in our hearts, especially Harcole *hugs* and the boys who migrated there from BSC.
Another great corporation heads for the history books but will be remembered dearly by all the people they touched.
Have fun, fly safe and give your enemy no quarter.

Well this is one of those sad moments in eve, far beyond losing your first BS, when you can only mine 16k an hour
Balta - Altz - You folks have always been fantastic and i wish you well on whatever you do. And balta - You're a fantastic CEO i can tell you that. I was never under your wing, yet i could see the shade of influence your wings of guidance carved (Little philosophical bit there ^^) Altz was always a fantastic corp, and your members viewed you very highly indeed.

Every time I go on holiday something freaky happens.
Balta, its truly sad to see you go mate. some of my best times in eve were accompanied with you on TS and us planning. Oh man NAFA, that was a blast.
For those that dont know, Balta has always been one of those hardworking CEO's who's number one priority are his members. Managed to pinch two of my best so he must be good! 
Part of me is still in shock TBH, I can remember Balta going on (as he often did) if they ever closed EvE, he would be in Iceland hunting down the guys at CCP..... All the best my friend, please evemail me you msn / email address before you go.

balta leaving the game???
he recruited me on the 2nd day i was playing EVE.
i remember when i was in backwater hanging around in yrmori mining with the corp, then joining CA and renaming backwater into Alcatraz Inc. [ALTZ] (i think boro came up with the name) those were exciting times for all of us.
i don't know if balta knows this but he really helped alot of ppl becoming what they are today.
if you look at EVE, there are EX-ALTZ all over the place, sometimes together again in a new corp or now enemys.
i know that balta needs a brake, he worked hard for the corp, he really did 24/7, well 23/7 but you can only do so much.
Balta, take your break, fuel up and return to the word of EVE when you're ready again.
EVE would lose a big piece of hart, if you wouldn't come back.

Hate to see you go Balta, and I hate to see Alcatraz go too. All of you have been a great ally in Metalworks and the TIFA alliance's time of need. I really hope to extend our relationships to the other corperations in the TNT alliance. I wish the best to you balta, and a happy life. I too just returned to eve and was greatly saddened to hear that my corporation was dissolving, and that the great Baltafett was leaving. AlcatraZ has always been my home, just as was Backwater before, it will be a very large void to fill. I wish that I could have been there more for the corporation during the past year, but it wouldn't have changed the outcome. Best of luck to Balta and all of AlcatraZ in whatever they decide to do.

I've known Baltafett and Alcatraz Inc. for ages, it's been so long I don't know since when. Some time during the good old CA days I think, then the time with the Keiretsu in GW after that.
Is Baltafett quiting EVE or just off to do something new in EVE ? I do hope that it's the latter.
Anyway, good luck on what ever you all decide to do, sorry to hear that ALTZ is disbanding.

We been through alot man, CA, Nafa, fade, some covert stuff i wont go into, Balta is a great leader, great man, great friend who left a permanent mark in the world of eve. And in an universe like this, thats quite the acomplishment. You allways had a plan... every time... something in the works.
But i know what it feels like man, i decided to quit to. To many of the old guard leaving and my heart wasnt in it anymore. But ill see you around. Im sure Danno and i will dropp by and visit you and EW soon enough.

Had some great times flying alongside ALTZ and Balta in the past. Ca, NAFA, FU and Foundation would not have been so fun if it hadn't been for balta. He is a nice guy and it's sad to see him leave.
Hope you find your way back.
