You need a minimum effective corp standing of at least 3.50, in addition to an effective faction, corp or personal standing of at least 5.50 to use this agent
So, when my personal standing towards his corp is 5.5, i still need my corps standing to be 3.5
Two questions:
1.) What if I am in a NPC corp ?
2.) If its me, and a second char in the corp, the second char has no standing to this corp, but has to its faction (caldari), would that affect the corps ability ro reach 3.5. Do I have to get 7.0 for the corp to reach 3.5 when theres 2 and one doesnt have standings at all to this corp ?

Your standing to the corp must be 5.5. I'd guess your standing is 5.499999999 and it's displaying the rounded value. When in doubt aim for 5.51.

nono, thats not the problem, the question here is about the corp standing.
how does that work ? i know if you have a one man-corp it slowly goes towards your personal standing, how about 2-man corp ?
And what if im in a npc corp ?

If this is for research agents then you just need standing to the research corp.

best way to get all empire factions up without major pirate loss is to shift to boring lazy courier manufacturing agents.
Rinse and repeat until youre factional standings begin to rise and u have level 4 access to em acros the board

This is a theoretical question, not a practical one. The question is: How is the corporation's standing toward an NPC corp calculated?
Is it averaged from the members' standings?
I think can answer the first question, though. If you are in an NPC corp, then only your personal standings matter. At least, that's how things were pre-Kali. Now that CCP is moving the universe toward war, that might have been changed.

averaged yes but if u get a new member with a much higher standing it affects corp about 5% each day so takes 20% days for the full impact of their new standing to affect the corp total 100% its a slow moving thing. Designed to get corps to focus across the board

I can't confirm that what I am posting is 100% right as I have spoken and got mission from agents requiring the 3,50 corporation and 6.50 personal with personal standing >6.50 and corporation <3.50 but:
The standing of a NPC corp should be non relevant (I suspect it is 10 for the corporations in its faction, and multiplied for the right amunt in the others faction, based of the race ralations);
if the other member of the corporation as no standing (i.e. no modifier with the specific corp listed) he is not used for the determination of your corporation standing, even if he has a faction standing.
You can see the values that create your corporation standing clicking on your corp infromation, relations with the corporation/faction you want to check, and right clinching, selection "show composition".

NPC corp standing is set by the devs.
Player corp:
Average from all pilots with standing. Those whith 0.0 standing are ignored.
The CEO seems to have a special weight if he has the highest standing. (I didn't test this by myself, please take it with a grain of salt.)

1. It is NPC corp that have to like you.
2. Irrelevant

Your standing toward corp, faction or agent have to be 5.50+ and toward corp has to be 3.50+.
Example, working for caldari navy for a very long time give you high faction standing, but it isn't enough to use best caldari research agents. You also need to do mission for ordinary agents in research agents corp to reach 3.50 corp standing.
