I was wondering, has anyone taken on scavenging AKA salvaging other peoples wrecks yet.
DO you get Flagged by CONCORD for this? Or do you get away with it? I think you should get away with it since you are cleaning up other peoples thrash.It should also be possible (in my opinion) to take stuff out of cans people leave behind after they warped away from a certain location
Of course I mean if people are still close to the wreck or the can you should get flagged but if the person who left it warped away from it I think it should be a free for all thing.
And with warping i mean basicly being more then a milion KM away from the location.
What do you think about this?

u get flagged if u remove loot u dont get flagged if u just salvage empty wreck - ive been at this for 3 days gotten in 4 fights won 2 lost 1 adn they warped ou the other. Materials ok its kidna slow 0.0 and low sec are more valuable but for some bored individual its ok

And with empty wrecks i presume you mean the wrecks of rats you popped?

empty wreck = looted wreck
You can only salvage a can...err... wreck after you loot it first. The looting portion is what flags you. If you find an already looted wreck, then you're fine as frog hair.

I don't think so, but I think the other's answered it better. I usually salvage my own stuff.

I cant pass a wreck without trying to salvage it. If its not empty well I am afraid I steal it. They should have emptied it!!!!
