If i were to try and decide on using
Brutix with Blasters.
or
Myrmiridion with Drones.
for level 3 missions, which would do the missions the fastest and have the greatest success rate? I'm at a crossroads with now since I just finished training up my learning skills with what skills to choose, either I focus on drones or focus on Gunnery.

Myrmidon. Blasters (especially on a brutix) are generally a bad idea in missions, since you can't microwarp in most of them.
You could use a brutix with rails, as the brutix is a half-decent railboat, but the myrmidon will do much better, with lower SP.

Ok that's what I had figured, can you reccomend which skills that would be important to train I kind of want to start running the level 3 missions asap, i only have drones at level 4 currently, and thats it as far as drone skills go ;/
so if you can mention a few skills that should take top priority so i can start flying soon it would help alot.

I did them for a while with blaster-brutix, but that took quite a while. The majority of the level 3's I have done were in an Ishkur which is quite fun, but I had trouble tanking in some of the harder missions, and that would probably involve more SP.
Between the BCs, I have not personally flown the myrm but drone ships are generally superior to turret platforms, largely because range is a non-issue, and you can really focus on tanking. So at a minimum, make sure you can use a tech 2 medium armor repairer (not hard), and get those drone skills up! Drones to level 5, combat drone operation level 4, a few levels in scout drone operation, and drone interfacing to level 3 or 4 would be the minimum that I'd feel comfortable with.

A rail Brutix will cruise through level 3 missions with ease - just set up your favorite armor tank (I used 3 active hardeners, a DCU, and a medium rep II when I used a Brutix in this way), an AB, some 200mm rails, and some named cap rechargers. For greater speed, slap a tractor beam in a high slot for loot retrieval.
A Myrmidon with a bunch of tractor beams and salvagers in the high slots might make an interesting mission runner, doing damage with drones alone while the ship loots and salvages. I'm currently using a Curse in this manner to do level 3's, and while you do have to be careful to keep your drones safe, it is a good way to get all the benefits of the mission without returning later to salvage.

if you wanna sleep while doing lvl3, just do it in a Dominix, youll be totally fine!!
but i wont go blaster range for mission!! rails + drone is the way with gallente..
brutix and myrmidon can both do it tho!
