I would like to know what you people observe as the response time right now. I'm aware that ccp likely has a big load of work with all the patching so am not surprised it takes a while. I filed my reimbursement petition on the 11th so am waiting 10 days now. (Server/Client prob screwed up my mission)
Please also state what type your petition is, as I believe that's a major factor of time. (Harassment likely gets answered very fast .. at least I hope that =))
PS: if you want to flame CCP for slow response and your own average being silly make your own thread

CC payment problem.
Petition response was very quick, and came back with a sensible solution. (couple of hours at most)
No complaints here.

Although not a petition, its been 3 days now since i paid for a portrait transfer, and i got a feeling it wont happen at all cos of the patches, which probably borked it all up.

^ that's right Veg, you tell them how it is. You're ugly mug is starting to depress me, j/k! 
Anyway, a petition i put in last week got a response within 5 minutes. The response time varies depending on the type of petition you've put in, some are quicker than others, However I do think Veg should have had his portrait swapped by now!

Must admit, the last time i petitioned for a ship loss due to lag i had no response for 10 days....couldn;t be bothered waiting any longer so cancelled it....it was only a Gallente Shuttle after all

My lil bro had an issue at 3am server time yesterday and submitted a petiton (bugged WC) - was answered and dealt with in the space of 20minutes :)

bet it's already gone through... have you cleared your chache so you'll download your new portrait instead of using the one stored on your comp?

I sent in a petion on the 8th and didn't get a responce till the 18th. At which point I had to send in a reply which was actioned the next day and my issue was settled better than I had hoped the following day. So about 12 days start to finish for my petition.

Due to lag I've never experienced to such a degree my ship got stuck which inevitably turned into a reimbursement petition. Been waiting for about 5-6 days, it helps to know a general time frame like this.
Better than flying off the deep end for no reason right?
I just wish it didn't eat up my Drake and all its fittings... :/ There was easily around 90 million in damages in just the Drake and two T2 Invulnerability Fields alone. That was my main mission runner!
It will still take a few weeks of training before my Raven stops being a paperweight and becomes my L4 mission runner.
I'm thankful unlike other games that training isn't dependant on gear.

I have had a trading petition open since the 7th of December, still no reply (after two weeks)
Another petition on GM master action got a reply in 7 days that the matter was being looked into. No further response for 8 days. 
It seems these are not dealt with in an orderly fashion.
I'm actually starting to get really ****ed. 
About 7 billion question not getting an answer promptly.
