Is this missing a % after the 10? Just 10 strikes me as a bit small.

might be for interceptors, 10 extra pg makes a lot o difference:)

I'm pretty sure it's a typo and this should be 10%, after all the bill of materials for this rig are about the highest of any rig. A flat 10 grid would be a bit useless for 95% of ships, some confirmation would be nice though.

Sokretez, you have tested that it is a percentage on tranquility, not just on singularity?
The cap recharge rig also shows a straight number, not a percentage, if it is a percentage the value of them will be...large.

I have 1x powergrid and 2x cap recharge rigs on an Abbadon on tranquility.
They are percentage increases.
With those rigs the Abba has 28,875 powergrid and 677sec cap recharge.
Without them the Abba has 26,250 powergrid and 937sec cap recharge.
The only (slightly) irratating thing about the powergrid rig is that every time I change ships the 8th gun gets knocked offline.
Seems it applies the rig bonus after it's calculated&checked the fitting.
