What ship/ships can go to warp while cloaked with what cloak?

no ship can do that  ......and will not.....
only can move while cloacked

Cov ops: Anathema/Helios/Buzzard/Cheetah
Force recon: Pilgrim/Arazu/Falcon/Rapier

Covert ops frigs, specifically: Anathema, Buzzard, Helios, Cheetah
and Force recons, specifically: Pilgrim, Falcon, Arazu, Raipier
All need the covert ops cloaking device II as this is the only cloak that allows warping while cloaked.

To the OP, It has already been answered, but yes, Covert Ops Frigates (not Stealth Bombers), and Force Recon Cruisers (not Combat Recon Cruisers).

WRONG, well right now yes it will cost way more than the cost of the ship.
However FYI the building reqs for the cov ops cloak 2 have been lowered SIGNIFIGANTLY to the point it requires nowhere near as much work to make as before.
People have just chosen not to adjust the prices because there are not that many cov ops BPO's flying about.
Now if they would just add in someone named versions of the lower lvl cloaks we could Innovate our own cov ops cloaks from them. I already found several exploration locations that give out the materials needed to create the t2 bps by way of hacking, just no named versions to go from unfortunatly.
