Heya!
Maybe I could be up for consideration. While she can't fly a covert ops ship, she isn't too far from it and 50k unallacated SP's to use for it to go that direction. She has Amarr frigate to 5, and ability to fly Assault Frigates fairly well. She is a great character for a starter pvp pilot (what I made her for).

This guy was my primary money maker, but am looking to unload pilots and cut down my accounts number. Large Hybrids V, he can fly an incursion vindicator VERY well.
I'm not sure how much you're looking to spend, make me an offer here or via EVE Mail and you're interested in him. When you get bored of incursions he can do a lot more.
