This message is for all Vanderlay Employees. We at Invidious were wronged in the past and have returned to the Solitude region to seek revenge. Being a mostly peacful corp, we have decided to start this summit to discuss the laws of this war.
We will be adding names to the list of people who are availible to kill. Make sure you keep it current.
So far, Myself, Kozak and Nacos are fair. We will even be open to organized battles or duels.
Please responde in due time.

By adding your name, you become fair game at all times. In a indy, in a shuttle etc. And if you ARENT on the list and contribute to battle, you are automatically entered into the list for the remiander.

We aknowledge the presence of other corps. JGR Corp, H.D.Y., Tach. Combined Industries and Skel. Crew. We know you guys hang in Solitude, you may remember us from such Betas as "Elite Corp" or "Dark Entry Corp". Obviously we don't want you guys involved unless you say so.

Is Invidious recruiting? I had a friend who was a member before he quit playing Eve and I just wondered if you were still taking on new applicants as I heard you were a great Corp ie friendly, fair and democratic?

So far....
Invidious: Jolo, Kozak, Nacos are open for war. the rest are nuetral unless provoked or they fire first, then they are open for KOS.
So far no one from your corp has posted so we assume all are open to being killed.
This summit is still open for debate.
Once again, this is not a CFS endorsed effort, nor does it involve CFS at all.

Thanks for the abrupt reminder not to read while camping a station Jolo. 
For any passersby, it's been a relatively civilized war so far. We have several folks who are off on vacations or trips, so we hope to get everyone together and have a nice dustup.

Ok without a doubt add me to the list. But if I am correct..didn't you have something like 6/7 people camping me and rabban?
Neochrome, Gwildee, lynxlynx, Jolo, Nacos, Kozak some dude with a B in his name Brutor or something. How come only 3 are fair game now?
Gwildee will not be attacked as she has left your corp.
We have lost 2 BB and one indy to you guys in the following manor:
Shakeera (Me) 1 indy afk at station (unaware of war status)
1 BB Rabban (unaware of War Status)
1 BB Rabban during me and rabban trying to take all of you on 
Not sure what this post is suppose to represent. But as I said before in game..most of the squad is on vacation so the field is yours atm

I basically Stated teh rules, If you aren't on this list, and FIGHT, you are automatically added whether you are on the list page ot not, so Gwildee, Neo and Brutator are on the meat market. Fire away!
EDIT: Lynxlynx is fair too! And as far as the un-aware thing, I had told Singular at least 2 times on the forums here that Invidious was coming for Vanderlay and Him. We apoligize you had no idea we were at war.

Or is that some novel way of saying "Gee, I'd not thought of that..." ?
The way I see it, the only punative action you can take is declaring open season on everyone in the offending corp. Wouldn't it be funny if the offending corp already had all their members on "the list"?
They could commit whatever atrocities they so desire, and there would be no appreciable escalation in hostilities from their point of view. Effectively, you're providing a target rich environment where you know certain pilots won't fire first...
It's all good fun until someone loses an eye, then your playfighting will turn very sour indeed. Should I set up the official Invidious/Vandelay War flame thread in anticipation of the almost inevitable?
Bah... I'm jaded and cynical. I hope it works out for you both.

well to hbe honest we are both smaller corps and we are pretty civilized about the whole thing. at least we're trying to be. sp we're trying to organize this so we don't have sore feelings when all is said and exploded.

BTW, I hope this event isn't like ARMEGEDDON day in beta, where everyoen got max skills and isk. I remember that day when everyone logged in. or at least tried to, it was fun waiting 25 minutes to log in! I think it's all better now though.
