Not totally unexpected from my viewpoint. Charismatic influences always have and always will have a great effect on a corp, its moral, its direction and even its effectiveness in fighting.

one thing i still have to say - silv, you're an idiot. this action left only losers behind. the corp lost a valuable and capable member, we, the pilots in E-R, lost a friend and you lost our trust (if not the trust of the whole community).
so atleast let someone win by your actions. i'd vote for EVE university to get the money.

Okay, dont know the whole story, but it's a bit sucky to go stealing corp assets just because you're upset with the corp and it's leaders.
And besides, giving it to some newbies will *ruin* the start of eve for them tbfh, think back to your early days, when you had to LEARN and WORK for the money for your first proper frigate and fittings, then the amount you learn about eve (as well as skills) when training and saving for your first cruiser. It was really really fun. Giving a dump load of Isk to these newbies will ruin eve, and they'll expect handouts off others as well, and we all hate beggers.
