If you see a "global flag" stay out of a high sec system
If you see a yellow agression counter then stay away from whatever it says you are agressed too...
Very simple thing to do.
See.. years ago you didn't have that... no one knew how long before they could go back to a station/gate... now its easy to figure out :)

I was testing setups with an ally. we were flagged to each other becuase we "stole" stuff from each other. We were both blinking red to each other, (well I have mine set to green) concord decided to interven on his behalf.

Ok, two things... was it CONCORD, or was it only the STATION guns ?
Because from the killmail you posted, there's no reason to believe CONCORD got involved... did it ?
And the big question now... what corp was your "ally" in at the time ? Was he perhaps in a Caldari NPC corp ?

If you really posted the complete kill mail then it is quite obvious that CONCORD did not interfere. You seem to have standing problems with Lai Dai though.

Under close investigation: It appears Concord officers acted withen bounds of the Concord accord. IE they sat there and siped coffee and ate donuts while the Lai Dai Corporation blew your arse out of the sky.
Concord officer: "Your honor, it was not us! It was our coffee break!"
Lai Dai Corportaion Gunner: Yeah thats right! I did it! And if he shows his smelly arse around here again, I blow it out of the sky again!"
