Sovereign Labs, a division of Sovereign Enterprises, is a publically owned research and development company operating a high security research POS in the Domain area. We have been in operation for three months providing high quality research services to our clients.

The corporation runs a POS with nine research labs and offers custom ME, PE and Copy services to our customers. Our fees can be found on our out of game website which features a calculator to figure out your research costs. Click the Sovereign Labs button then the fee/calculator button.

POS based research offers a 25% speed bonus over npc station research and our highly skilled Sovereign Scientists are trained in metallurgy and other relevant skills ensuring the fastest and most productive research work for your isk.
Here is an example of how our services work:
1. You approach us with a BPO to research. We calculate the fee with our webpage based calculator. Lets use this hypothetical example:
Omen Crusier BPO (ME 0 & PE 0)
Resarch Material Time (Us) 2 days, 5 hours, 20 minutes
Research Productivity Time (Us) 2 days, 2 hours
You want ME 10 and PE 5
Using our online calculator you can instantly calculate the cost (it automatically factors in the 25% savings).
Total ME Time: 16.67 days
Total PE Time: 7.81 days
Total Lab Time: 24.48 days
Total Fee: 12,500,000 isk
2. We place the BPO in the lab an send you weekly updates on its progress along with an estimated completion date.
3. When complete we contract it back to you for the fee amount.
As you can see from the online calculator page we charge only for the actual days your BP is in the lab nothing more. We believe our rates are very competitive and at Sovereign our reputation is our guarantee. The BPs are kept in a secure hangar where only I have access (Im the only corp director and ceo) in one of the many NPC stations in the system.
Currently we have six ME lab slots open after just finishing a large job for a client (9 BPO's). We havent advertised before because word of mouth and repeat business has kept us very busy. Still its time to expand our customer base a bit and we'd like to show others the quality of Sovereign Service.

Some FAQ:
1. Is there a wait for services?
At times yes but right now we have some open ME slots. There is usually never a wait for PE slots.
2. Do you offer collateral?
No we dont. We're a new company and those kinds of funds arent always available.
3. How do I know I can trust you?
The character Calladen Nimitz has been around since beta. I stand by my reputation and can provide references to my honesty. My reputation has always been worth much more to me than isk.
4. Are you still issuing shares in Sovereign?
Our IPO has ended and there are no plans to issue more shares. There is a bond issue vote being conducted now to issue bonds for a new freighter purchase.
5. Is my BPO safe?
It is kept in a hangar in one of the stations in the system. As the only Director and CEO I am the only one with access to it. It is as safe as I can make it. Only Calladen Nimitz or Doctor Osiros (my alt) are authorized to take blueprints from customers. Normal procedure is to contract it to Calladen in an Amarr station.
