SOWHS is a new Wormhole corporation living in a C4 with a C4/C3 static. WeGÇÖre looking for personable/chill new and experienced players to join our growing corp. Our two w-space statics gives us plenty of PvP and isk-making opportunities for the newest of the newbros all the way up to higher SP vets. We have an established squad-based infrastructure and fully functioning buyback system with a very short turnaround so you can get your iskies quickly to burn in PvP. We like to engender a pretty laid back attitude, and our current situation provides us a nice mixture of PvP with a decent amount of PvE to fill the wallets and make sure that corp logistics get done. We donGÇÖt subscribe to the idea of CTAs or mandatory participation, but living in wormholes does require a bit more effort, so potential applicants should be aware of this before applying (i.e. youGÇÖll be expected to help with scanning, scouting, generally being willing to help out, and home defense if necessary). Presently, weGÇÖre open to pilots of all skills levels and are willing to teach/train any and everyone whoGÇÖs interested. We have no real requirements except that youGÇÖre interested in being an active member of a growing Wormhole corp. We have no SP requirements, but certain skills will make living in wormholes easier. As per your message, have a couple of questions for you. 1. What is the Corp's active time zones? I live in US-Eastern but my playtime can be varied. I don't have a ton of pressing obligations so can jockey around my schedule a bit. 2. What skills are considered essential for WH living? I'm an explorer so I have good scanning skills and I'm familiar with that whole system. Is there anything unrelated to scanning that is considered "essential"? 3. Are there required ships for home defense? I've noted some others require dwellers to be able to field effective battleships and I'd still have training for such a thing.

Hey man, feel free to jump into our ingame channel next time you're on if you have any other questions, but I can run through these pretty quickly: 1. We're pretty evenly spread out over the EU to USTZs. Myself and another director are both eastern US as well. 2. Scanning skills and cloaking are really the essential skills needed for getting started in wormholes. You can be mostly self-sufficient just scanning and running explo sites in lower class wormholes while you continue training other skills for PvP or other PvE activities. 3. For the most part, our doctrines are cruiser down and we're not particularly strict when it comes to home defense. Basically, bring in the PvP ships you can fly most effectively at first and then we can work on getting into doctrines once you're established, is our philsophy.

I have 4 toons, my main and 3 industrial toons (Though one is getting trained up to do some PVE). Whats your UKTZ like? When you say you have a buy back does that mean I don't have to worry about shipping all my stuff to high sec etc?

We're at our most active in the EUTZ to USTZ, so we definitely have people playing around that time. Also yes, that's exactly what the buyback means.
