I have just "inherited" CEO of a corp. It is a small affair but has 160 bp's including 2 scorp 1 run copies & pleanty of equipment, weapons & a small quantity of minerals. None of my members has any production skills.
I am looking possibley possibly for a new director of production. possibley to sell all the bp's as a job lot & move the corp into a different direction.
Or possibley to sell the ceo job
If anyone has any interest in offering for any of the above, or can suggest any other alternatives I would be most interested in your advice here or a contact by mail in-game
I am out at work for at least the next twelve hours so please be patient if you expect a reply

Are you mad?
Your asking to be robbed blind.
Seriously, take the time to get the production efficiency yourself, rather than trust a stranger with all your corps BP's. Mercenary | The Azath |

If you are serious then at least get some items of value as security before you do. If you aren't interested in makeing the stuff to sell then list it on the market forum and have an auction. I have a Research/production alt god who could work with you but frankly I think you would be a bit too trusting to accept out of hand.

I remember you
I'll offer advice again, as I did last time. I hope CONCORD has left you alone since and your security rating has recovered.
If you have no desire of producing stuff sell off the blueprints. If you are a small outfitt good suggestions are NPC farming and deep space mining. Both can yield good cash and you won't have to worry about zyd/mega for making mroe ships and spamming trade 24/7 trying to sell at a small profit.
PvP. Either kill anything that moves in an attempt to earn cash or just outright extort cash or hunt pirates. You could also go for the mercenary approach. Some miners dislike other miners and miners are generally easy to kill. So if you got the stomach for killing what I would call innocent ppl 'cause someone pays you to do so "Just do it..."
If not, I suggest you or someone start working on those production skills. Welcome to a logistic nightmare, at least for small corps.
Oh and keep the BP's you need for ammo and such and even ships if you have.
PS. In case you still hold a grudge against me feel free to look me up. I'll be waiting, and understand fully if you feel like ending me. á

You can set access rights to the blueprints in a mannor that they can research them and produce from them, without making them directors.
If you him or her a director. He can legally take them all, for him or herself.

Have you considered simply merging your mates into a more established and organized corporation?

I agree, for a small corporation this is a good idea, have a research into the regional alliances and approach a large corporation with your proposal ----- [22:02] <Kurenin> anyhow, on a more serious note, what did you think of those ideas? Make sure that whatever you do, you don't allow strangers access to your valuables. Set any security to READ only or whatever the settings are.
I have heard that there are some people who will steal your assets if you irritate them the wrong way. And believe me, a whole hangar can be stripped in a matter of minutes, and the player long gone before you realize it.
IE: Be careful of your valuables and have someone help you with read only access. Only someone you 'really' trust should be doing your production for you.
As another pointed out, you might want to merge with another corp where there might already be a production person on staff. And of course, you can always start learning production yourself if this is a direction you want to go in the future.
Good luck, and be careful. Agent Shield |

Well i think a merger into a larger corp with a more stable base would be the best option. but that is something you need to decided if you wish to do.
