Actionplan!!
How does joining FMT benefit me? As the name implies, FMT is a Trust Company, it's a group of individuals who invest mutually in order to have mutual financial gain. In this case, one percent of all corp member's earnings will go into a trust fund, weekly this trust fund will be invested into the market. Quarterly this trust fund will pay out 50% of it's profits to corp members. The other 50% will remain as capital to be reinvested, thus increasing the amount of payouts for the next quarter. Some of this reinvestment may end up being in things such as corp assets, mining equipment, combat ships, etc, depending on the needs of the corp.
Alright, that sounds good, what about stock options, stuff like that? As far as stock options go that will have to be worked out as we go along. As was stated in the information above this is a noob corp, and coincidentally is ran by someone new to the game :)
Hmmm... so if it's as new as you say will there be corp officer positions available? Good question, all corporate management positions are currently open. Quarterly we will take a corp vote on officer roles, firstly which roles we feel we would benefit from adding and secondly who would be best suited to those roles.
Anything else I should know about FMT? Because we are a new corp we do not have access to some of the goodies more established corps do. Such as the ability to create jump clones in corp owned cloning stations. Because of this we do expect all corp members to work on personal standing as well as corp standing with a specific corporation that offers both a fair amount of combat and courier missions. Also keep in mind that good standing with a station's owner will lower broker fees. Something that will benefit FMT greatly if we all work towards it :) Plus, being able to use jump clones through out the galaxy as well as create them will help us solidify our financial holdings.

Alright, I guess the last question is where do I apply? Our corporate headquarters is located at Siseide VII, Expert Distribution Retail Center. Hope to see your application turned in there soon :)
Now... on to the fine print. Federal Mutual Trusts is evolving towards a trade and profit based corp. It's founded by myself, a month old noob and currently has one active member, myself, a month old noob. What I'm looking for is other new players willing to cooperate to make some ISK and help put our mutual mark on the world of Eve. I'm also looking for people that are willing to act professional and have a good time. I plan to run FMT very much like a business. I wouldn't want people to ruin the name of a business I owned in RL by acting immature and I don't want it in the game. What you do reflects on your corp and your corpmates. So please only mature individuals apply ;) I'm based out of the US but everyone is welcome to join and hopefully in time we'll have global timezone coverage with our corp member base.
