Stay Pro ProductionsEve-Poker.com Going Public
As some may know, Stay Pro Productions recently acquired ownership of the website Eve-Poker.com. The original plan was to revitalize the business, attract new customers and make the casino as profitable as possible. In the two weeks since we bought the website over 800 players have visited it and the number of regular clients tripled.
The first step of our task is nearing completion, and included the following phases:
Acquire the rights to www.eve-poker.com including the domain and hosting.
Begin an in-game advertising campaign.
Raise the minimum bet ammounts from 200k to 1 million ISK
Sell 45% of the casino into public ownership.
After this IPO is completed, the second step of our plan will commence:
Advertise even further, including an ad in EON #6 and through Eve-Radio/various community websites.
Raise the maximum bet limit to 5m ISK, and then eventually 10m ISK.
Open up new casino games, namely multi-player Texas Hold'Em
This is your chance to get involved and own a piece of the casino. We are selling off 45% of the 20.000 shares, a total of 9000 shares.
How Much?
Cost per share: 500.000 ISK.
Minimum of 10 shares per order.
Shares remaining: 9000
How do I buy?
If you wish to buy shares, please send the ISK to 'Meloku' in-game. Include 'shares' in your note, else I will think you are buying credits in the casino. I will then transfer the shares to you the next time I am online (every evening, pretty much).
What do I gain?
At the end of each month (starting at the end of January), 100% of the casino's profits will be divided between shareholders. The current expected monthly profit for the casino is just over 1b ISK. With our heavy advertisement and (hopefully) success IPO, this number can go nowhere but up.
Finally, if you haven't tried it, I recommend you try our casino (in-game).

Posting on an alt for obvious reasons... why raise the minimum bet? You do realise that alot of your customers play for fun and bet small, right? On my main i do 100k deposits and play with that for a while.. i aint trying to get rich.. just play. If you go to Vegas you can usually play at any level of betting you want. Don't try to squeeze your clientele.. first off there is no gaming comission overseeing what you do and how you run this so most people aren't gonna put alot of faith in your odds and just play for fun... and lastly how do you plan to overcome scams like someone and his corpmates sitting in VOIP scamming a game of Hold Em. Slow down.. get real... and maybe... maybe... someone may be crazy enough to invest in your venture. I liked EVE poker, if you want to add some "flash", new games and such, i'm cool with it but this is eve and nobody trusts you so why would they trust you to give them even 'standard' odds and be betting 1 mil minimums.. are you daft?

Hi,
I understand your concerns, and they are mainly based on a mistype in my original post. The minimum bet for Eve-Poker.com will always be 100 ISK. What the original post was meant to stay is that the maximum bet was changed from 200k to 1 million and we plan to raise that up to 5 and then eventually 10 million. The final plan is then to have an unlimited maximum bet.
I realize that there is no official Gaming Commission overseeing the casino, but here are some numbers you may be interested in:
Since the casino started roughly 1 year ago, 4124 players have tried it out. Just under 1/4th of these have joined in the last two weeks. This means 41m ISK have been given out in welcome gifts and an additional 140m as bonuses in various competitions.
Over 125.000 games of Poker have been played, and around 93.000 hands of Black Jack. The payout of the casino is around 93%. Over 5 billion ISK has been gambled with in the casino.
25% of most of these figures apply to the last two weeks.
Hopefully this will boost your confidence a bit, though of course there is no way for me to really proof this. You can get a pretty good idea by trying out the casino for yourself, though.

The 4.5b ISK raised will be used for various projects concerning Eve-Poker and Stay Pro Productions. These include:
1. Advertising on websites/EON/EVETV(?).
2. Competitions/giveaways for promoting the website.
3. Paying for side-project investments such as capital ship and T2 BPO's. These will be subject to shareholder votes.
